
Ethylene recovery in EO/EG plant
Problem:
The venting from reactor loop gas to avoid the build-up of argon will inevitably cause the loss of ethylene and methane. For a 300kta PE plant, ethylene loss in the vent gas is close to 200-400 tons/year. Eurofilm's membrane technology has been applied widely for the following processes:
